Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at kidsaadox@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After reviewing the case, we will provide a full refund or replacement if the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Defective items

  • Damaged items received upon delivery

  • Wrong items sent by us

Items that are used, damaged by misuse, or reported after the inspection period may not qualify for a refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
